As a reminder, the mailing address for your assessment payment has changed for the 2024 fiscal year.
If you have not yet submitted your payment or are unsure if it has been posted to your account, we recommend reviewing your account through the resident web portal. The resident web portal can be found by visiting our website at www.wisepm.com -> Resident Portal link (top right-hand corner) or by downloading the WISE PM Mobile app through the apple or google app stores.
If you are experiencing payment issues or delays in your payments processing, please review the following list as you may need to update your payment method and/or payment information.
Please note: payments made online via an electronic bank account/ACH are subject to a $2.95 transaction fee; one-time payments made via debit or credit card are subject to a 3.95% transaction fee.

- Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) Bank Payments: If you were previously enrolled in automatic withdrawal payments through the associations bank, this was cancelled at the start of the new fiscal year (1/1/2024).
- Bill Pay: If you pay through your bank’s bill pay option, please ensure the payment address is updated to the new P.O Box address (P.O. Box 20768 Tampa, FL 33622). As a reminder, payments made via Bill Pay should be made to your association and reference your account number in the account field. Account numbers can be located in your payment coupon booklets.
